If you have a dispute or issue with another player, Poker Melee is not required to intervene or become involved, however Poker Melee may become involved at our sole discretion. If you have a dispute with another player, you release Poker Melee from responsibility, demands, claims, and/or damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, resulting from that dispute or connected to that dispute. This includes damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.
We reserve the right to remove any player data from our system at any time for any reason whatsoever. We do not gurantee that your account, game play, match results, or hand histories will be retained. We make efforts to backup player account data but these efforts may fail resulting in a total loss of all data you put into our systems.
We do not claim that results of game play, or "final scores" of matches, are in any way accurate. Our Software systems are likely to contain bugs that may incorrectly affect final scoring in game play. We in no way claim that the final scores we show you at the end of a match are correct or accurate. All game and match results are intended to be verified by you independently of our scoring systems using your own records. It is soley your responsbility to verify the accuracy of all game results. You agree to release Poker Melee of any and all liability associated with the incorrect tallying or scoring of game play results.
